365 Surgical HIPAA & Health Information Notice

365 Surgical provides non-clinical concierge services and is not a healthcare provider. However, we take privacy and confidentiality seriously and maintain HIPAA-aligned practices. 

All 365 Surgical employees receive HIPAA training, and the company has completed a HIPAA Security Risk Assessment (SRA).

Information shared with 365 Surgical may include health-related information necessary to coordinate non-clinical support. Such information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, contractual obligations, and patient consents.

Patients enrolling in the concierge program sign an informed consent authorizing certain communications, including unencrypted communications between the patient, the surgeon’s practice, and 365 Surgical when appropriate.

Encrypted communication is used between 365 Surgical and orthopedic practices when the patient is not involved.

This notice does not replace or modify any Notice of Privacy Practices provided by a surgeon or healthcare provider.
