A Structured Perioperative Concierge Care Experience, Built Around Your Surgeon
365 Surgical is designed to fit cleanly alongside excellent orthopedic surgery patient support — not to add complexity to it. Every step of the concierge experience follows your surgeon’s specific protocols and preferences, with clearly defined roles, proactive communication, and a structure that keeps things simple for everyone involved. Whether you’re a patient preparing for surgery or a surgeon evaluating the program for your practice, this page walks through exactly how it works.

Since Launching in 2022
As the first company to offer true perioperative orthopedic concierge services in the United States. 365 Surgical has continuously evolved both its program model and its internal processes — from how surgeons are onboarded and how patient touchpoints are structured, to how protocols are set and how clinical escalations flow back to the care team. Every refinement has come directly from real-world feedback from the surgeons and patients running through the system.
Two Audiences.
One Surgical Patient Coordination Program.
The concierge experience looks and feels different depending on whether you’re a patient going through surgery or a surgeon evaluating the program for your practice. The underlying steps are the same, but what matters to each audience is fundamentally different. Patients want to understand how supported they’ll feel. Surgeons want to know how little disruption they’ll experience. Use the tabs below to navigate to the view that’s most relevant to you, or read both — surgeons who read the patient track often find it useful to see exactly what their patients will experience.
For Surgeons
The same seven steps that structure the patient journey also define the workload impact — or more accurately, the workload relief — for your practice. Every patient milestone corresponds to something your team no longer has to manage. Here is how the program operates from your side of the relationship.
01
You Introduce the Program in Seconds — We Handle Everything Else
You or your staff briefly mention that concierge support is available. That’s typically a sentence or two in a clinical visit — no pricing conversation, no extended explanation, no selling. Our team takes it from there.
02
Our Team Contacts the Patient and Manages Patient Enrollment and Onboarding
365 Surgical reaches out directly to the patient after your introduction. We explain the program, answer their questions, handle enrollment, and complete all necessary consents. Your staff is not involved in any part of this conversation.
03
One Dedicated Liaison Is Assigned — No Rotating Contacts for Your Patients

04
Pre-Op Patient Education and Logistics
Before surgery, we proactively reach out to patients to walk through preparation, logistics, and scheduling coordination. The non-clinical questions that typically flood practice inboxes in the weeks before a procedure are intercepted and answered by our team — following your protocols — before they reach your front desk.
05
DME Coordination and Patient Care Communication Around Surgery Day
We coordinate several DME components, though some items may be covered by insurance or provided by the surgeon outside the program. Around surgery, we maintain clear communication with the patient so your team isn’t fielding logistical calls during what is already a busy clinical period. Any clinical concern is escalated to your practice promptly and clearly.
06
Post-Op Check-Ins and Recovery Support
We conduct proactive post-operative check-ins and handle routine recovery questions following your protocols — without involving your staff. These check-ins are separate from the post-op clinical appointments you and your team conduct. When specialist referrals are appropriate — PT, nutrition, mental health — we facilitate those connections in alignment with your preferences. Clinical issues are always escalated to you.
07
One Year of Sustained Patient Support That Protects Your Staff’s Bandwidth
The program continues for a full year post-enrollment, absorbing the patient communication volume that typically builds and resurfaces at unpredictable intervals during recovery. Your staff handles clinical work. We handle the rest.
For Patients
From the moment your surgeon mentions the concierge program to the day you’re fully recovered, 365 Surgical is structured to make the experience feel manageable rather than overwhelming. Here is the full journey, step by step.
01
Your Surgeon Introduces the Program
If your surgeon partners with 365 Surgical, they or their staff will briefly mention that a concierge support program is available to you as an optional service. This is simply an introduction — not a sales conversation, and not something you need to commit to immediately.
02
365 Surgical Reaches Out to Explain and Enroll
After your surgeon’s introduction, a member of the 365 Surgical team contacts you directly to walk through how the program works, what’s included, and what happens next. Enrollment is structured as a one-year membership with a single up-front fee and no recurring concierge charges. There is no pressure at this stage — you decide whether it’s the right fit.
03
You’re Paired With Your Dedicated Orthopedic Concierge
Once you enroll, you are matched with one dedicated concierge liaison — the same person for your entire journey. This isn’t a rotating team or a call center queue. It’s a consistent relationship with someone who knows your name, your surgeon, and your situation, and who operates entirely within your surgeon’s established protocols.
04
Surgery Preparation Support Begins Before Your Procedure
Before your surgery, your concierge liaison proactively reaches out to help you understand what to expect, walk through logistics, and answer non-clinical questions that often surface after clinic visits end. In many cases, patients also experience greater flexibility and coordination around their surgery scheduling date. You arrive informed and prepared rather than uncertain.
05
Surgery Day, Immediate Recovery, and DME Coordination
Around the time of your surgery, your concierge liaison ensures that communication between you and your surgical team remains clear and accessible during what is often a stressful period. 365 Surgical also coordinates the logistics of any durable medical equipment (DME) your surgeon has selected — such as cold compression devices — handling delivery, setup, and any questions that arise.
06
Post-Operative Check-Ins and Recovery Support After Surgery
Following surgery, your concierge liaison conducts proactive check-ins and remains available as you move through recovery. If questions arise about physical therapy, nutrition, or emotional wellbeing, 365 Surgical can facilitate connections to relevant professionals who are familiar with your surgeon’s protocols and preferences.
07
One Year of Continued Support Through Full Recovery
The concierge relationship continues for a full year from enrollment, providing sustained support as you recover and gradually return to normal activities. Recovery rarely follows a six-week timeline, and 365 Surgical is structured to stay present through the longer arc of healing — not just the immediate post-op period.

Everything Included in the Orthopedic Concierge Program
For patients, this is a summary of what you can expect to receive throughout your enrollment. For surgeons, it’s a clear picture of what your team no longer has to manage. Every item below is standard across the program, though the specific details — such as which DME items are included — are determined by your surgeon’s preferences.
-
One dedicated orthopedic concierge liaison is assigned to each patient for the duration of the program, the same person from enrollment through one full year of support.

-
Direct line to your surgeon.

-
All concierge support is aligned with and delivered within your surgeon’s specific protocols and clinical boundaries.

-
Proactive outreach at key stages of the surgical journey, including pre and post-surgery support touchpoints, not just reactive responses when patients call in.

-
Responsive, coordinated patient care communication that routes non-clinical questions to our team and clinical concerns back to your surgeon promptly.

-
Logistical coordination for all durable medical equipment (DME) items selected by your surgeon — including delivery, setup, and patient education.

-
Access to earlier or more flexible surgery date availability through our coordination with your surgeon's scheduling team.

-
Access to physical therapy, nutrition, and mental health support resources when appropriate, facilitated in alignment with surgeon preferences
Recovery support after surgery that continues for one full year from enrollment, covering the full arc of healing rather than just the immediate post-operative window
What 365 Surgical Is Not
Understanding what the program is not matters just as much as understanding what it is. These four points address the most common misconceptions — from both patients wondering whether this replaces their doctor, and surgeons wondering whether it creates a new layer of administrative complexity.
-
Not a call center. Every patient speaks with the same dedicated person every time. There are no rotating agents, no automated response systems, and no generic scripts. The relationship is human and continuous.

-
Not a replacement for your surgeon or care team. Your surgeon retains complete clinical authority. 365 Surgical operates in the non-clinical space around your care — never within it. All medical decisions remain with your care team.

-
Not a technology platform or app. The program is human-led and communication happens by phone and secure messaging. The tools we use are chosen because they support effective care coordination, not because they add a digital layer for its own sake.

-
Not a guarantee of outcomes or response times. The program is designed to make the surgical journey more responsive, supported, and organized — but it does not guarantee specific outcomes, access to care, or scheduling availability.
