You Don’t Have to Go Through Orthopedic Surgery Alone
Whatever brought you here — an upcoming knee replacement, a rotator cuff repair, a spine procedure, or something else entirely — the path to surgery and recovery is rarely straightforward. Appointments are brief. Instructions pile up. Questions surface at night when no one is available to answer them. That experience is more common than you might think, and it doesn’t reflect the quality of your surgeon’s care. It reflects a system that wasn’t designed with the space between appointments in mind.

365 Surgical was built specifically for that space. We provide orthopedic surgery patient support that gives you one dedicated person — someone who knows your situation, follows your surgeon’s protocols, and is genuinely there when you need them, from your first pre-op question to the day you’re back on your feet.

More than a thousand patients have navigated orthopedic surgery with a dedicated 365 Surgical concierge liaison at their side. Their surgeons practice across 13 states, their procedures range from joint replacements to complex spine surgeries, and their circumstances vary widely — but they share one experience in common: they didn’t have to figure it out alone.
"I'm so glad we signed up for the concierge service. Having you as our single POC and being able to contact Dr. Greenhow has been wonderful."

One Person. Your Entire Surgical Journey. From
Pre-Op to Recovery.
When you enroll in the 365 Surgical concierge program, you’re paired with one dedicated orthopedic concierge liaison who becomes your consistent point of contact throughout the entire experience. This isn’t a call center where you’ll speak with a different person each time. It’s a real, ongoing relationship with someone who knows your name, knows your surgeon, knows your procedure, and picks up where you left off every time you reach out.

Your concierge liaison works directly alongside your surgeon’s practice — following their protocols and preferences — which means the support you receive is coordinated, not parallel. When you have a question, you know exactly who to contact. When your concierge liaison needs to route something to your surgical team, they do it promptly and with the context your care team needs. The result is a patient care communication experience that feels less like navigating a system and more like having someone in your corner.
What Changes When You Have Perioperative Patient Support
The most consistent thing patients tell us after going through the program is that the difference wasn’t one specific moment — it was how they felt throughout the whole experience. Prepared, rather than blindsided. Calm, rather than anxious. Supported, rather than alone. That shift in experience comes from a few things working together:

Surgery Preparation Support That Starts Before Your Procedure
In the weeks leading up to surgery, your concierge liaison reaches out proactively to help you understand what to expect, walk through logistics, and answer the questions that tend to surface after clinic appointments end. You don’t have to remember to ask — we think ahead so you can feel prepared when the day arrives, not overwhelmed.

A Reliable Line of Communication Throughout
One of the most anxiety-producing parts of orthopedic surgery is not knowing who to call when something comes up — and then not hearing back quickly enough. With 365 Surgical, you always know exactly who to reach. Your concierge liaison helps route non-clinical questions to the right place and coordinates with your surgical team when clinical input is needed, so communication feels organized rather than fragmented.

Recovery Support After Surgery That Doesn’t Stop at Discharge
After surgery, when questions and uncertainties tend to peak, your concierge liaison stays engaged. Proactive check-ins happen at meaningful moments throughout your recovery — not just immediately post-op, but through the weeks and months that follow. If you need access to a physical therapist or nutritionist who is familiar with your surgeon’s protocols, your concierge liaison can facilitate that connection. The program runs for a full year from enrollment, because recovery rarely follows a six-week timeline.

Practical Recovery Tools That Many Patients Value
As part of the concierge experience, patients may also have access to recovery tools that support comfort and confidence during healing, such as cold compression therapy to help manage swelling and discomfort, targeted nutrition support, and CBD products where appropriate and permitted. These are coordinated through your concierge liaison and are intended to complement your recovery — not replace any aspect of your clinical care.
Less anxious in the lead-up to surgery, because they knew what was coming
Less overwhelmed navigating scheduling, paperwork, and post-op instructions
More confident heading into the procedure, knowing support was already in place
Genuinely cared for throughout recovery, not just in the operating room
The Feeling Patients Describe Most
When we ask patients what was most meaningful about the program, the answers tend to be less about logistics and more about how they experienced the whole journey.
A Few Things Worth Being Clear About
Because 365 Surgical occupies a space that patients aren’t always familiar with, it’s worth being direct about what the program is not — both to set the right expectations and to give you confidence that enrolling won’t complicate your care.

-
This is not a call center. You will speak with the same person every time — someone who already knows your situation and doesn’t need you to start from the beginning.

-
This is not a replacement for your surgeon or care team. Your surgeon remains fully responsible for all medical decisions and treatment. We handle the space around your care, not within it.

-
This is not a technology platform or app. Your concierge is a real person who communicates by phone and secure messaging — because the support that actually reduces anxiety is human, not automated.

-
This is not a guarantee of medical outcomes or response times. The program is designed to give you a more supported, organized experience — not to make promises about things that belong in the hands of your clinical team.

In any emergency, reach your surgeon directly — you have their cell number as part of the program — or contact their office, on-call provider, or emergency services. 365 Surgical is not an emergency service and is never a barrier to care.
How Pre and Post Surgery Support Works — Three Simple Steps
Getting started with 365 Surgical is straightforward, and there is no pressure at any stage. Here is how it typically unfolds:
Your Surgeon Introduces the Program
If your surgeon partners with 365 Surgical, they or their staff will briefly mention that concierge support is available to you as an optional service. This is a simple introduction — not a sales conversation, and not something you need to decide about on the spot.
We Reach Out to Explain and Answer Your Questions
After your surgeon’s introduction, a member of the 365 Surgical team contacts you directly to walk through how the program works, what’s included, and what the process looks like from here. There is no pitch, no pressure, and no obligation to enroll.
You Decide If It’s Right for You
You choose whether to enroll — entirely on your own terms. If you decide to move forward, you’re paired with your dedicated concierge liaison and the program begins. If it doesn’t feel like the right fit, that is completely fine. Your access to your surgeon and your care is never affected by whether you enroll.

Ready to Learn More? Start With Your Surgeon.
The 365 Surgical program is introduced through your orthopedic surgeon or practice — which means we’re not able to enroll patients directly. If your surgeon isn’t already a partner, there are two easy ways to move things forward, and either one takes less than a minute.

If You Have an Upcoming Appointment
Ask your surgeon or their staff about 365 Surgical at your next visit. A simple mention is all it takes — “I’ve heard about a concierge support program. Is that something your practice offers?” — and they’ll be able to tell you whether the program is available to you.

If You Want to Share This With Your Surgeon First
If you found this page on your own and your surgeon doesn’t yet partner with 365 Surgical, you can share this page directly with their office. Many of our surgeon partnerships began exactly this way — with a patient asking for something better.
Frequently Asked Questions
Preparing for Surgery Is Hard.
Feeling Supported Makes It Easier.
Surgery asks a lot of patients — emotionally, physically, and logistically. The clinical care you receive from your surgeon is the most important part of that journey, and we would never suggest otherwise. But the experience around that care — the questions, the coordination, the waiting, the recovery — matters too. It shapes how you feel going in, how you cope coming out, and how confident you are throughout.

If you’re navigating orthopedic surgery and the idea of having one dedicated, knowledgeable person at your side sounds like it would genuinely help — that’s exactly what 365 Surgical is here to provide. No pressure, no urgency. Just the option, when the time is right.
